With a shared commitment to supporting local businesses, Momentum’s Nicole Daniels, worked to create a bespoke space that reflects the philosophy behind Gorse’s food – locally sourced, high quality, and beautifully crafted.

For this project, Momentum sourced and delivered a selection of beautiful loose furniture, including dining chairs, table tops, and bases, along with bespoke seating. The furniture specification enhances the restaurant’s modern, warm aesthetic, creating a beautifully balanced space for guests to enjoy exceptional food in delicious comfort.
